DBS Checks are a vital part of safeguarding for any type of industry, and we don’t shy away from our responsibilities, the check undertaken is for unspent convictions and conditional conditions. This gives our clients added security that you are employing a trusted & honest individual, which is extremely important to the service we offer our clients.

In an ideal world, normal working hours would be 9-5, this is not an ordinary world, i’m open to work most hours and days of the week, really to suit my client.

Over the years i’ve acquired a diverse selection of tools, suitable to cover most household jobs. I will be well equipped to cover the job i’ve agreed to do.

This will be discussed and is dependant on the job in hand, I carry a wide-ranging stock of fixings etc, but if specialised products are required, I can obtain them or they can be supplied.

Fully up to date with the relevant procedures and guidelines set by the Government for social distancing and personal hygiene, face coverings, sanitiser and antibacterial wipes are carried with me to each individual location. Tools are cleaned down after every job.

Email, phone, text, social media messaging or filling in the online contact form. If I don’t reply straight away, you can leave a message and I will call you as soon as possible. More than likely i’ll be working and I like to give the customer i’m with my full uninterrupted time.

Sometimes this is unavoidable, all I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible (ideally 48 hours), via message or phone.

When work is complete, unless you need specific items that you would like me to supply. Payment methods accepted, bank transfer, pay my mobile (if you have this set up), guaranteed cheque or cash.
